| Business Systems Analyst |
| Job Description: |
Primarily responsible for performing business process analyses, needs assessment, and preliminary cost, benefits analyses to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Also responsible for the following activities consult with upper management regarding desirability and practicability of products and services for current and potential clients. Consult with clients to identify current operating procedures, computer system capabilities, and limitations. Confer with client on business process needs, systems design, software selection, specifications, and proposals to determine feasibility of product solutions and application. Serve as liaison between technical and business world. Analyze and translate business needs into systems requirements and designs. Identify and/or develop solutions and products based on current automation status and business processes in order to improve systems and procedures. Isolate and resolve business systems specific issues. Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to analyzing, maintaining and providing technical computer services on use and applicability of functional products. |
| Education: |
In Commerce, Business, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or related degree or any suitable combination of education, training or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 yrs. progressive experience. |

| Job Description: |
Primarily responsible for computer programming, database design, development and testing and writing code for software which functions on relational databases and over a variety of computer network confiurations as it relates to ERP applications (Oracle and/or Peoplesoft), Datawarehousing and/or e-business lifecycles. Enter program codes into computer system. Input test data into computer, observe computer monitor screen to interpret program-operating codes. Correct program errors using methods such as modifying program or altering sequence of program steps. Write program code for software which functions on relational databases and over a variety of computer network configurations. No supervisory duties. Travel and/or temporary relocation may be required. |

Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, and submits recommendations for solution. Prepares program specifications and diagrams and develops coding logic, flowcharts. Encodes, test, debugs and installs the operating programs and procedures in coordination with computer operations and user departments. Travel and/or periodic relocation required. |
